　The company was built in 1993, it located at Tiefeng Road no.77, is one of high and new-technology enterprises of Shanghai. It covers 60,000 sq.meters of working area, annual productive income reaches more than　0.6 billion RMB yuans. It has 800 members of staff including 200 technical ones, among them, 18 members and 70 members separately qualified by senior and middle grade engineer. The company pays attention to technical workers with practical experience, selected a lot of electric workers who have six grade and the above of qualification certificate and undertake product assembly and adjustment.
　　The company’s management and design has complete been computerized (CAD-CAM jointed seamlessly). It has passed 9001-2000 quality system certification. In order to enhance product quality and technological process level, the company has introduced some of advanced and special purpose productive equipments and flexiable working center including PLC automatic multi-position metal plate puncher, PLC metal plate shearer, PLC metal plate bending machine, PLC bus-bar row bending machine and so on.

Among the products, KYN28-12 (GZS1) metal-clad withdrawable switchgears honored with Shanghai city level new product, GIG62 intellectual high frequency DC switcher panel honored with national level stress new product certificate and Shanghai city level new-hi-tech fruit convey permit certificate, ArTu switchgear cubicle (ABB), GHD32 (MNS), GCS, GCK, GGD, XL, PZ30 and the like all passed nationally compulsory “CCC” authentication.
